Stepping inside the family villa is a French country style kitchen, with terracotta floors and heavy wooden beams, whilst the living room, with its grand fireplace and cosy furnishings is warm and inviting. Tasteful furnishings and a selection of fine original paintings, antique pieces and objets d'art offer a homely feel. Outdoors, paths and a handful of steps lead through the lavender and oak trees to the pool area, which, complete with summer house, makes the perfect spot to relax in the tranquil Provençal surroundings.

This delightful 4 bedroom house is located within a short walk to one of the more famous villages of the Alpilles, where quiet cafes and restaurants line the small street of the 'centre de village' of Eygalieres. The Alpilles are the background feature in the view, reflecting the sunlight from their pale coloured stone. Although the Alpilles is rather mountainous, around the village of Eygalieres there are various flat routes for cycling and each with a splendid view. Tennis courts are also situated in the village.

Step inside the villa to a spacious and comfortable living room with a high cathedral ceiling with wooden beams and a large limestone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room are open plan to the living room, ideal for families. There is also a back kitchen and a wine cooler and extra fridges. The dressers are filled with beautiful earthenware and good quality glasses for every use imaginable. The villa is fully air-conditioned for comfort in the warm Provencal summertime. Outside in the well tended gardens there is a beautiful pool, which is heated to 28°C. Next to the pool, there is a summer kitchen with a BBQ and outside dining and lounge area with comfortable furniture and a lovely garden bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Behind the house under the green oaks is a quiet area for reading or just relaxing in the shade in your hammock. If you prefer a more active holidays, enjoy the petanque boules pitch or the table tennis.
